Terms of Service
Services
Pocky Dog Walking provides dog walking, drop-in visits, feeding, medication support, puppy visits, and overnight care within Amherst, NY and the surrounding area. Exact availability and pricing are confirmed at the time of booking.
Booking & Cancellations
Bookings are confirmed after Gigi responds to your request. Please cancel or reschedule with as much notice as possible; late cancellations may be subject to a fee (placeholder, set your real policy here).
Payment

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information about their dog's temperament, health, and any special needs, and to ensure vaccinations are current, so Gigi can provide safe, appropriate care.
Liability
While every care is taken during walks and visits, Pocky Dog Walking is not liable for pre-existing medical conditions, incidents caused by inaccurate information provided by the client, or events reasonably outside of our control.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
